  1. Good Morning.
So, today you fly to Australia. I will creep on your flight so I know when you have arrived safely for the next part of your adventure. Take lots and lots of pictures so I can see everything when you get home. Be careful of the killer kangaroos and if you hold a koala bear, make sure you give your camera to someone so they can take pictures of that too.
Don't by too many Uggs, sounds like they will not fit in the suitcase. You may have to wear 5 layers of clothes on the plane ride home just to lighten your bags.
Have a great Day!! I think of you all the time.
    Love, Mom

  2. Hi Babe,
This morning we went to the 4th of July parade. It was very cool and and rainy. Luckily the rain held off for most of the parade but we did get wet at the festival. After a few hours under the tent with the rain, we came home. Hard to believe your trip is almost at it's end. Enjoy the rest of your time. Not too much shopping! We love you.

  3. FROM AUNT DIANE:
    Dear Amanda,

I hope you are enjoying your trip. John and I are in Santa Barbara, California. We arrived last Sunday and leave tomorrow. It has been great being by the water although the mornings are foggy and cold. The fog burns off around 10:00 am but it remains windy. We took a bus tour and the next day visited the sights. The mission is beautiful and the courthouse has a fabulous room that is a mural on all 4 walls from floor to ceiling. We have done a lot of walking then take the little trolley for 25 cents when we get too tired. We do miss our dogs and look forward to being home. Neither one of us are big travelers. I'll catch up on your blog later.

    Love,
    Aunt Diane

  4. P.S.
We sat with Mr. and Mrs. Roiland, Betsy was in the parade. I told Mr. and Mrs. Roiland that you were on the other side of the world missing the parade and asking that we get you parade candy. They were in front of us and collected parade candy for you! I will have it waiting for you.
